At Auto Covers, we understand the importance of protecting your prized possessions. That’s why we offer a straightforward and hassle-free 30-day return policy for all our products, ensuring you can shop with confidence.
 
 What Can Be Returned:
  •  Custom Indoor Car & Bike Covers
  •  Custom Motorcycle Mats
 
 Eligibility:
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and unwashed.
  • Custom-branded items are eligible for return only if they are defective or incorrect.
 
 How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: We will issue a return authorization number and provide instructions on how to return your item.
3. Package Your Return: Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Include the return authorization number inside the package.
4. Ship It Back: Use a reliable shipping service to send the item back to us. We recommend tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
 
 Refunds:
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Please allow for 3-5% handling fee on Returns/Refunds.

Refund Policy for Delayed Artwork Approval

  • If artwork approval is not received within 20 days from the date of payment, clients may request a refund. A 20% service fee will be deducted from the refundable amount to cover administrative and processing costs related to the order.
  • Artwork approval is necessary to proceed with production. Approval can be provided via email, WhatsApp, or other written confirmation. All artwork approvals are final and cannot be modified once approved.
     
    Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
