What Can Be Returned:
- Custom Indoor Car & Bike Covers
- Custom Motorcycle Mats
Eligibility:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and unwashed.
- Custom-branded items are eligible for return only if they are defective or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: We will issue a return authorization number and provide instructions on how to return your item.
3. Package Your Return: Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Include the return authorization number inside the package.
4. Ship It Back: Use a reliable shipping service to send the item back to us. We recommend tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Please allow for 3-5% handling fee on Returns/Refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
